Thanks Keith, I appreciate your perspective. As you said you did 
practice law and ESA gave you tools to work with. If there is trade 
in these items it should be stopped. That is how ESA should be 
applied. A good example is when a fish is being fished to extinction 
it is a simple matter to stop the fishing. When a coral is sick and 
dying from poorly understood diseases (like people catching cold) 
listing them may make us feel good but accomplishes little except 
create more bureaucracy that lawyers thrive on. Gene   bureaucracy
