[Coral-List] DNA extraction for scleractinia corals

[CR .Persian Gulf]

Dear coral-listers
We are working on genetic variation of* Porites compressa* and *Stylophora
pistillata** *along northern "Persian Gulf". We are wondering if any one
how got any detail protocol for DNA extraction about mentioned coral
species.
