Dear alls,

Diving along Congo coasts (Pointe Noire region), we recently discovered nice shallow rocky banks colonized by high Gorgonians community (fans and whips), mixed with small hard corals under overhangs.

Could you point me the International Conventions (Red list of the IUCN, or others) that can be used to protect these species and these bottoms.
