The deadline to submit your proposals for symposia, workshops, focus groups and short courses for the 2013 International Congress for Conservation Biologyhas been extended to Thursday, 8 November at 11:59pm EST (USA). 

We're extending the deadline because Hurricane Sandy disrupted power along large swaths of the east coast of the United States. Please use this extra time to get your proposals in for the most important world meeting for conservation professionals and students. 

The full set of criteria, including submission instructions and guidelines for each proposal type, is available on the Call for Proposals page of the ICCB website (www.conbio.org/2013).


Decisions on submitted proposals will be made by 8 December.
