Hi Listers,

The Coastal Resources Association is looking for a hydrogeologist to work on an environmental impact assessment for desalination plant construction in a coral reef area. This project is
currently at the proposal stage. If awarded, their task would be to determine groundwater quality and quantity, the thickness and extent of the groundwater aquifer, and to provide a
detailed description of local soils and geology at the project site.

Requirements: Minimum M.S. degree and 5-7 years professional experience in hydrogeology, preferably with specific experience in tropical coastal systems. Environmental consulting
experience is a definite asset.

Duration of contract: approximately 6 months. Position will be based partly from the incumbent's home office and partly at the project site.

Salary: $50-$75/hr depending on experience.

Please email me off-list for details of the project. If interested, send your CV/resume no later than Friday, October 5 to this email.

Thanks,

Mark
