[Coral-List] new mystery fish

it's a 'panther' grouper - Chromileptes altivelis (that's how the marine ornamental trade has been referring to it for decades) and was released by some dumb hobbyist-it's not the first one and most certainly won't be the last). really *not* a mystery,lol.
