[Coral-List] New reef accretion model: Kennedy et al 2013

There is an important new paper (Kennedy et al) in Current Biology (I am not an author) that models future reef accretion for different scenarios.  

The results are grim: only when reefs are currently healthy (>25% coral cover), well managed, and when emissions peak roughly a decade from now then drop to zero in 50 years (IPCC RCP 2.6) are they predicted to continue accreting through 2100.
