[Coral-List] Postdoc position in coral genomics, climate and conservation

Postdoctoral position in coral climate genomics and conservation. The Palumbi Lab at Stanford’s Hopkins Marine Station is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to help operate field and lab programs in coral environmental genomics. The context of the work is using genomic tools to advance ability to better manage coral reefs in the face of climate change. Field work is based in American Samoa and the lab is in Monterey California. Experience with some combination of field experimental methods, coral reef ecology, genetics, genomics, statistical analysis of large data sets, conservation planning and application of basic science to applied conservation questions is desirable.
