[Coral-List] Tonga stories of sea cucumber fishing

I'm in Tonga at the moment, and I'm hearing stories that hookah has been
used here to collect sea cucumbers, with the result of divers being
paralyzed or dying, presumably from decompression sickness from staying
down too deep, too long and coming up too fast.
