[Coral-List] Follow-up: NOAA lists 20 new corals

Thanks Steve, for a word of wisdom.   I don't know whether the Center for
Biologic Diversity conferred with NOAA first, but there should have been an
effort on the part of NOAA to include or add those species it considered in
need of additional protection and this is still the case. Why should we
have to wait until an ngo makes the call to take action under established
law?
