[Coral-List] Looking for Tongan reef fisheries/MPA experts

I am recruiting Tongan nationals for a project involving climate change
adaptation for coral reef resources and fisheries in Tonga. I need one senior
fisheries person with 10-15 years experience and project management skills and
two intermediate fisheries people with 5+ years experience. Knowledge of reef
fisheries and marine protected areas highly preferred. Only Tongan nationals
