[Coral-List] The BEST 2.0 call for Medium Grants is open !

   Dear all,
   We are pleased to announce [1]the launch of the first calls for proposals
   under the BEST 2.0 Programme supported by the European Commission DG DEVCO.
   Proposals to fund projects that promote the conservation of biodiversity and
   ecosystem services it supports, as a basis for sustainable development in EU
   Overseas Countries and Territories, are now accepted through [2]the BEST 2.0
   Programme portal. 
   This  first  call is open to applications for [3]Medium grants for the
   Caribbean and Pacific regions, and the deadline for submission is the 4th of
   December 2015.
   In the Caribbean region, the programme is open to Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao,
   Saba,  St-Eustatius, St-Maarten, Anguilla, Montserrat, Turks & Caicos,
   British Virgin islands, Cayman islands and Saint Barthélémy.
   On the BEST 2.0 Programme’s portal, you can find the guidelines to apply for
   a [4]Medium Grant, eligibility criteria, answers to [5]frequently asked
   questions, regional [6]contacts, and eligible applicants can now submit a
   proposal.
   As a reminder: this is the first step of the [7]BEST 2.0 programme, which
   will prioritize the Small grants component. Keep in mind that the next BEST
   2.0 Small grant Call  will be launched early 2016 in our region!
   The SPAW-RAC and the RNSM are in charge of the BEST 2.0 Caribbean Hub.

   C’est avec grand plaisir que nous vous annonçons [10]les premiers appels à
   projets dans le cadre du programme BEST 2.0 appuyé par la Direction générale
   pour la coopération internationale et le développement de la Commission
   européenne (DG DEVCO). Des propositions visant à financer des projets de
   conservation de la biodiversité et des services écosystémiques qu’elle
   fournit, pour assurer un développement durable dans les pays et territoires
   d’outre-mer de l’Union Européenne, sont maintenant acceptées sur [11]le
   portail du programme BEST 2.0.
   Ce  premier appel à projets est ouvert aux demandes de [12]Subventions
   Moyennes  pour  les  régions  Caraïbes et Pacifique. La date limite de
   soumission des projets est fixée au 4 décembre 2015.
   Dans notre région Caraïbe, les territoires concernés par BEST 2.0 sont les
   suivants:  Aruba,  Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St-Eustache, Sint-Maarten ,
   Anguilla,  Montserrat, Turks et Caicos, British Virgin islands, Cayman
   islands et Saint Barthelemy
   Sur le portail du Programme de BEST 2.0, vous pouvez trouver les lignes
   directrices pour [13]les Subventions Moyennes, des informations sur les
   critères  d’éligibilité, [14]les questions fréquemment posées, [15]les
   contacts  régionaux,  et  vous avez la possibilité, dès maintenant, de
   soumettre une demande de subvention.
   Pour rappel, ceci est la première étape du Programme BEST 2.0 qui donnera
   une priorité à la composante Petites Subventions. Gardez en mémoire que
   l'appel pour ces dernières sera ouvert au printemps 2016 pour notre région !
