Seasonal Marine Science Educator

Sanibel Sea School is seeking a Marine Science Educator to assist with the
development and provision of a marine biology-based educational curriculum
that supports the mission of Sanibel Sea School.

The successful candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early
Childhood Education, Elementary/ Secondary Education, Environmental
Education, Biology, Marine Biology, or a similar field; has experience
working with children; certifications (or capable of obtaining
certifications) in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding; and a desire to
promote marine conservation by sharing his or her passion and knowledge of
the natural world with students.

This is full-time temporary position. The duration of this position is
initially designed for three months, March 1 – May 31, 2016, with potential
for an additional three-month extension.
