I find it interesting that DEMA (Diving Equipment Manufacturers Association) has called on state and federal authorities to take action to prevent further damage to the diving industry's economic interests in Florida in areas that have been negatively impacted by the recent "algae" blooms.

Apparently DEMA recognizes that healthy marine ecosystems are vital to their future.  Why then does there continue to be no appeal for action to mitigate the impacts of climate change? What's it going to take?
