[Coral-List] Job Opening- SECORE International Research Scientist

SECORE International, Inc., a renowned coral reef conservation and
restoration organization, is seeking to fill the position of a Research
Scientist (RS) to be based in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. The incumbent
will be a PhD level researcher and scientific diver with expertise in coral
reproduction, restoration ecology, and/or coral husbandry and aquaculture. The
RS will work in cooperation with SECORE’s regional site partner in
performing local day-to-day operations including organizing/assisting in
SECORE workshops.  Initial research activities will focus on documenting
spawning patterns among local broadcasting coral species and scaling up
coral restoration via larval propagation, including collaborative
development and testing of SECORE’s novel larval culture and restoration
