Please help me in spreading the word about a summer internship at Biscayne
National Park. The intern's focus will be analyzing reef-fish survey data
to examine spatial and/or temporal trends in numbers, distributions, and
sizes of reef-fish, specifically those targeted by recreational and
commmercial fishing. A complete description of the internship, as well as
instructions on how to apply, can be found here:
https://www.mosaicsinscience.org/job/acoustical-technician/ .
Application deadline is February 3, 2019.

This internship is being offered through the Mosaics in Science Program, an
NPS initiative to provide youth that are under-represented in natural
resource science career fields with on-the-ground, science-based work
experience with the National Park Service. As part of the internship, the
intern will attend a career workshop in Washington DC to present the
results of his/her work, gain exposure to different science careers, and
develop skills to apply for a federal job.
