Dear Coral-list folks,

CRESCYNT Coral Reef Science and Cyberinfrastructure Network has just completed two Data Science for Coral Reefs workshops:

1 - Data Rescue (with data management), and

2 - Data Integration and Team Science.

These were structured as two days of training followed by two days of workathon, and were held at NCEAS. There were many more people who wanted to participate than we could accommodate, so we've made sure that training materials are available to the entire coral reef community.

You can find the agendas and training lessons for both workshops linked at http://crescyntblog.org .

If we hold a follow-up webinar, what issues would you most want to learn about? Let us know of your interest, and we’ll make sure you’re included in the webinar notice.

Thanks to all of the workshop participants and our NCEAS team for their generous contributions to these events, and to NSF EarthCube CRESCYNT for support.

Warmest regards,
Ouida
