Dear Researchers and Restoration Practitioners,

We invite you to attend a webinar to discuss U.S. Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 10(a)(1)(A) permitting as it relates to NOAA Fisheries’ proposed rule to list pillar coral (Dendrogyra cylindrus) as endangered.
