Hi all,

The University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez is currently searching for applicants for research and graduate teaching position at the Assistant Professor level in marine aquaculture, fisheries and related subject areas at the Department of Marine Sciences (DMS). We are open to a broad range of specialties but are particularly interested in candidates with background and experience in modern techniques and research in marine aquaculture of fish, invertebrates and algae, and aspects of their fisheries and management, life histories, reproduction, quantitative genetics, products and industrial and socio-economic applications.

We are based in La Parguera with flow-through seawater facilities and direct access to seagrass, mangrove, and coral ecosystems via in-house boats and SCUBA.

Please see attached PDF for details. Applications are due April 30th.

Best,
Travis
