Dear CoralList

Hopefully there are some researchers working on seagrass here as well as coral ;)

Anyways, we are conducting a survey as part of a PhD project with the University of Derby, lead by Kara Rising and my good self. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information from the seagrass scientific community as to which methods of monitoring are the most important to include in a monitoring program, and how things can be improved in the future. It should take roughly 10-15 minutes to complete. The results of this survey will be compared to the results of a meta-analysis which has already looked at over 500 papers from the published and grey literature on the most used methods in seagrass health monitoring and we hope to of course publish in a peer-reviewed, scientific journal if appropriate. Please complete the survey if you work on seagrass in any capacity. The more uptake we get the more accurate our data will be and therefore our recommendations for new seagrass related projects and monitoring schemes going forward.
