Regarding the request for marine protected areas info in the Caribbean: 

You can get lists of marine protected areas by country for the entire 
region (or anywhere else in the world) from the WCMC Protected Areas 
Database.  These lists can be generated on the web at: 
http://www.com.org:80/marine/data/ 

If anyone notices mistakes or ommissions in these lists please forward 
corrections to me.
