Effect of torist submarine

Dear, 

Could anyone point me to any reference on the effects of tourist subamrine
on coral reef and its related ecosystems. I am in need of such materials to
review an application to operates a tourist submarine at one of the marine
park on west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Greatly appreciate any assistance
on this matter.
