Bibliography Software

[Caricomp - Invemar Colombia]

Dear all:

In this moment I'm working in a Research Institute in Colombia.  Here all 
of us have a problem, and it is how to organize our bibliography.

We usually use some software like Papyrus (Version 7.0.1.) or Procite 
(Version 2.1.), but we are looking for new and better software in this topic.
