COP3 in Kyoto : -20% campaign

The Kyoto Group of 21 together with Kiko Forum and the Japan
Environmental
Exchange have organised a postcard campaign in support of a 20% percent
reduction
in CO2 emissions from 1990 levels by 2005. The postcards will be
presented to
the conference on 30 November by 21 young people of 21 different ages
and from
21 different countries. Please support this campaign!
