Coral Beach Nature Reserve at Eilat

I need help concerning a walkway that is constructed along the coast line
of Coral Beach Nature Reserve at Eilat, Israel. One of the problems with it
is light. Do anyone have any experience with such a project?? What are the
points that have to be addressed so the effects of light will have a
minimal damage? Are there any recommended wave lengths or light Intensity
that do not disturb biological processes on the reef??
