Pacific Congress mtg info?

This is more a request than submission of info, but I've been trying to
get info on a meeting I saw advertised.  Unfortunately, the link didn't
lead to any contact info except for an email that no one responded from.
I believe it's scheduled for July 1999 in Australia. Do you have any
suggestions of where to get more info?  A web search recently turned up
nothing.
