Vieques reef bombing

It is high time to revisit this question by independent investigators.
Vieques reefs offer a unique opportunity. Massive destruction,
radioactive and chemical contamination will be evidenced. To extrapolate
the specific "findings" of Antonius and Weiner (1982) that "Navy bombings
on reefs is negligible" is a serious mistake. Who paid for that study
anyway?
