2000 ISRS/CMC fellowship?

Dear List members

Could someone please advise whether there is a 2000 competition for the
International Society for Reef Studies (ISRS) and Center for Marine
Conservation (CMC) Graduate Fellowship.  The ISRS website posts the
guidelines from last year but none for this year.  It also states that
changes will be made in the application process for this year.  I would
appreciate any information that could be offered.  Please reply directly to
