Still Time for OMB Letter

You may have heard this morning that the President vetoed the Commerce
budget from which the NOAA coral reefs programs had been zeroed.  As I
understand it this means that there is still time to get to the House and
Senate Appropriations Chairs and particularly to Jack Lew, Director of OMB
per my earlier message.
