Int Coral Reef Symp Proc: where to buy?

Our library does not have copies of the 1985 Proc of the 5th International
Coral Reef Congress (Tahiti meeting), the 1988 Proc of the 6th Int Coral
Reef Symp (Townsville), nor the 1996 Proc of the 8th Int Coral Reef Symp
(Panama meeting).  Can anyone please direct me to where these may still be
available for sale.
