[Coral-List] Coral reefs importance brainstorm

The question of the "value" of coral reefs is an interesting one. In 
brief it is not a straightforward exercise to just to come up with a 
number. There are a wide variety of methods available for calculating 
the value of natural assets. None of these are uncontroversial and none 
produce robust and definitive values for the assets. Below are links to 
GBRMPA and Commonwealth Government reports that might assist.
