[Coral-List] Last Call- Caribbean Diadema Density data

Coral Listers,

The Nature Conservancy is compiling Diadema antillarum density data for the
wider Caribbean in order to create a comprehensive database that will be
used to assess the status and trends over time. Thanks to contributions of
numberous individuals and monitoring programs, the database now has over
2000 individual surveys from over 50 sources which were recently reviewed
during at a workshop held in collaboration with TNC, The University of
Miami, and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. During the workshop,
it was noted that significant data gaps still exist. Please review the
following list of sources- if you know of any outstanding sources of Diadema
density data (published or unpublished), please contact me directly.  All
data incorporated into the database will be credited appropriately.

     The number of surveys associated with each source are listed in
parentheses.
