[Coral-List] Diver, Artificial Reef Structures

Dear Colleagues,

Is anyone aware of a publication or a "finished" study dealing with the issue of deployment of artificial structures for diverting divers from natural reef systems?

I assume one of the objectives for the sinking of the Spiegel Grove of Key Largo in the Florida Keys was for that purpose? Any figures available yet?
