Dear coral-list,

As for the soon-to-come 10th ICRS, LOC of Japan is responsible for
publication and distribution of proceedings under the agreement between ISRS
and LOC, and the statement on what your registration fee covers.

I, as a secretariat and on behalf of the Science Program Committee, 10ICRS,
confirm that we will publish the proceeding volume within 18 months after
the symposium as is stated in the agreement.
At this symposium, we chose to publish it in CD, which will reduce the time
for publication and distribution.

However, editing more than 1000 papers is sure to be a tough task, and we
strongly require your help.
The conveners are responisble for review and editing the papers, and authors
are responsible for submitting and rewriting their papers within the
deadlines.

"Instructions for Authors" has now been updated in our web site.
http://www.plando.co.jp/icrs2004/
Please refer to it and prepare and submit your papers within the deadline
dates.
We accept papers from during the symposium until 31 August.

Best wishes,
Hajime
