Colleagues,
I am also one of the many participants who has
not received a copy of the 9ICRS proceedings from
Bali and have also made many attempts to contact
the organisers with no response over the past 3
years. I was the organiser, convenor and editor
for one of the mini-symposia (A18 Reproduction)
at Bali, and put in a lot of time and effort to
organise the papers from this session for these
proceedings, so am very frustrated at the delay
in receiving a copy or acknowledgement of my many
emails to the Bali organising committee.
Given the importance of this issue for the
credibility of the ICRS, it would seem
appropriate for the Society council to take
immdeiate action to rectify the problem, and
update the Society members on the current status
of negaotiations to have the final copies
distributed to all registered participants who
paid for their copy of the proceedings.
cheers, Peter
