The Society for the Conservation of Reef Fish Aggregations (SCRFA) is pleased
to announce that its global database of spawning aggregations can now be
searched online. The database, which currently contains details of over 400
aggregations from around the world, is accessible through the SCRFA website
(www.scrfa.org). We hope the database will aid researchers already working in
this field, as well as increase awareness of the vulnerability of these
aggregations.
The database is an ongoing project with new data and updates being constantly
incorporated. We would be pleased to learn of any additional aggregation sites
for which details could be added.
Best wishes,
Yvonne Sadovy and Andy Cornish
