[Coral-List] ACTIVE diving management

Dear coral listers, 
Can anybody point out documents, papers, internet links, or email
addresses that may help/presents info on ACTIVE diving management on
coral reefs or Marine Protected Areas, regarding issues such as -
	1.	restriction to guided dives only
	2.	restriction in number of dives
	3.	restriction in diver skills and qualifications 
	4.	any other restriction
