[Coral-List] Query on video transects

Does anyone have any idea on what size video transect one can feasibly in
say 10-15 metres of water with reasonable vis and warm temp.

The incumbents would have a 'scooter' and top notch video equipment. 

The project is looking at a broad scale characterisation of typical Persian
Gulf environment setting, i.e. high sand cover and infrequent coral and
seagrass patch formations.

I was thinking perhaps an area 5 m (depending on video angle) x 2000 m.
