[Coral-List] Please, no lobbing!

My apologies to coral-listers for accidentally approving a coral-list 
posting that would be considered "lobbying."  I try to look closely at 
every message, but sometimes I slip, like I did on the "UNGA Moratorium" 
one.  I mean, I really blew it on this one:  it's not even coral-related!

PLEASE, coral-listers, no lobbying messages of any kind.
