There is a commercial product called Flatworm Exit by Salifert.  Another
method is using a drug called Levamisole.  A dose of .8g/100L will do the
trick.  This will knock off the adults, but will not do anything to the eggs
(if it's the egg laying species), so multiple doses will be needed.
Levamisole will
effect some other animals like bristle worms and serpent stars, but will not
harm the corals.
