Overview:

PROJECT MANAGER

IMSG is seeking a project manager to support multiple projects on 
contracts with NOAA offices, primarily in the Ocean Services areas. 
Individual should have a strong foundation of subject matter expertise 
in marine biology or a related field, experience managing teams of 
personnel in achieving challenging goals, and be skilled at business 
planning and marketing. Knowledge or experience with coastal zone 
management and science areas such as monitoring, mapping, and creating 
inventories using tools such as GIS or remote sensing is highly desired.

Duties: Provide overall supervision of on-site Contractor personnel, act 
as primary interface between Government and Contractor personnel and as 
the corporate representative to both the Government customer and 
employees. Review and monitor Contractor technical work for overall 
quality, efficiency, and timeliness. Work with HR to recruit personnel 
to meet new customer requirements. Support marketing strategies and 
developing new business.

Qualifications:

Desired qualifications:

Education:  M.S. in Marine Management, Fisheries Biology, Marine 
Biology, Oceanography, or Limnology.
Eight years of progressively responsible experience in directly relevant 
areas.
