Folks may be interested in a recent special issue of Marine Pollution
Bulletin on Catchment to Reef: Water Quliaty Issues in the Great Barrier
Reef region
Volume 51 Issues 1-4 (2005)
many of the articles will be relevant to other coral reef areas with
episodic rain fall patterns and cleared catchments, and ways in which to
address water quality issues on inshore reefs.
