[Coral-List] Moving 10th ICRS web pages

Dear Coral-listers,

Due to the expiration of the contract, the present 10ICRS (10th 
International Coral Reef Symposium, Okinawa) web server will be 
unavailable next year. So we moved the 10ICRS web pages to a new server of 
the Japanese Coral Reef Society. The new address is as follows.
