[Coral-List] MPAs- what information is needed?

In Israel a  new coastal- marine nature reserve (MPA) has been
established.
However, at this point we do not know what biological information do we
need for proper management of it, and if this information is available to
us.
Does anyone know if there is a review, or guidelines some place that
can help.
