[Coral-List] Skin discolouration on Chaetodon

Dear colleagues,
 
 
Can someone give me some insight on these strange black spots, line and dots on butterfly fish Chaetodon aureofasciatus skin on different parts of their body?

  - on a forehead. This discoloration has nothing to do with this species "normal colour". About 30% of this species individuals  at Gove/Nhulunbuy area (Arafura sea, the Northern Territory, Australia) have such discoloration.
