[Coral-List] coral spawn slicks

Hi All,

I am trying to find out what happens to oxygen levels in the vicinity of a coral
spawn slick and in particular when that slick is in a semi-sheltered bay of
average depth 2-5 metres. Is there a 'typical' curve that describes the
decrease in oxygen levels through time? Is it a gradual drop or a precipitous
one?

Any help\advice\references appreciated.
