[Coral-List] rapid assessment protocols for vessel groundings

I am looking for example protocols for use in rapid assessment of 
damage to corals and hardbottom habitats from vessel groundings. The 
need is to have emergency response protocols that can be implemented 
by local field staff to collect initial data on the extent and degree 
of damage to benthic habitats. Would appreciate suggestions and 
lessons learned.
