[Coral-List] Indonesia coral species

Dear Coral Listers,

I am trying to find information on the conservation status in Indonesia of the following species:

Acropora formosa, Acropora humilis, Acropora hyacinthus
Caulastraea tumida, Eguchipsammia fistula, Galaxea fascicularis
Goniopora minor, Goniopora stokesi, Pocillopora damicornis
Porites cylindrical, Heliofungia actiniformis, Lobophyllia hemprichii,
Turbinaria mesenterina, Turbinaria peltata

Any studies, reports, surveys with information on distribution in Indonesia, growth rates, vulnerability to exploitation, disease or bleaching, potential for mariculture would greatly appreciated.
