[Coral-List] reference on coral life history information

Hello,

I am in search of a reference with comprehensive information about life
history characteristics of specific coral taxa (preferably for Caribbean
corals), including reproductive strategy, colony growth rates, and tolerance
to various environmental stressors.  If anyone has come across a useful
reference, I would greatly appreciate learning of it.
