Dear Listers:

We are currently carrying out a project to evaluate the extent and rank countries in their level of compliance of the UN’s Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries. Given the diversity of fishery management regimes worldwide, such evaluation is based on simple and general attributes that may affect the sustainability of harvested fish stocks. We have modified and improved existing questionnaires and placed them in an easy to use web-page hoping that it will facilitate participation.

The survey has been reduced to 21 multiple choice questions, takes only few minutes to fill out and can be found in the following web-page:

We hope those of you with moderate understanding of the local fisheries will participate.
